ProMigCon Ltd. is a privately owned IT consultant company, founded in 2009 in Budapest, the centre of CEE region. The owners are senior consultants with 15+ years of experience on different areas of IT consultancy.
Our main profile focuses on/ includes the implementation, special development, support and operation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Extending our portfolio/ Opening to a new strategic direction / We have started to extend our portfolio since 2012, when our company has become a Gold Partner of Oracle and also /through which we came/earned to be the regional implementation partner of TALEO, which is the leading cloud-based HR software worldwide.
We have/own also special knowledge regarding telecommunications such as CRM, Billing, Interconnect, Mediation and Provisioning systems.
Furthermore, we provide other consultancy services such as making report as independent experts??, business consultancy, project management, quality assurance, audit, creating company/ IT strategy.

Despite being a young company, ProMigCon is exclusively composed by senior consultants with many years of experience in the field of Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) as well as in the implementation and support of other Oracle-based IT systems.

 

HISTORY

ProMigCon Ltd was founded in 2009, based in Budapest. While, the company is relatively young, all of our employees/partners have many years of experience as senior consultants on the field of Oracle E-business Suite (EBS), and on the implementation and support of other Oracle – based IT systems. Moreover the team members have been already working together for 5-10 years.

 

MILESTONES / OUR MAIN RESULTS

2009-2010 :

Foundation of the company, TESCO migration project Migration management in Hongkong, Malaysia, Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, beginning of the nearshore developments in Germany, Prinzhorn Holding Gmbh  EBS support

2010-2011 :

CRM project at Vodafone Hungary, purchasing system development at Danubius Hotels Group, Development roles/tasks at Hungarian Telekom (the subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom)

2012 :

Oracle Gold partner certificate, TALEO trainings and exams, IT audit at EGIS, project management (telecommunication and strategy)

2013 :

Since then we have been involved in GE Oracle EBS 11i support

2014 :

Wizz Air Taleo reimplementation, project management (telecommunication), Test manager tasks at CRM and Billing Project at Hungarian Telekom

2015-2016 :

TALEO BE implementation at Evropakonsult (Bulgaria), Graymatter BI system implementation at GYSEV-CARGO,
(project management, business consultancy), Participation in GE R12 implementation project.

Team

We also believe in group spirit. In case one of us cannot deliver his work for any reason (e.g. illness) we seek to help each other in order to avoid inconveniences for our clients. Accordingly, we strengthen the relationships within the group by organising several teambuilding activities throughout the year.

TESCO

 

Client: Tesco PLC is one of the largest retail companies in the UK. With over 500,000 employees in 12 countries Tesco PLC serves millions of customers in stores and online.

The solution: Core solution has been build for Tesco in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i, which was implemented in all countries. The project manager of the migration in all Central European Countries (Poland, Slovak, Czech, Hungary), Turkey, Malaysia and Hong-Kong (till 2009 as employee of MIS Consulting, since 2009 as employee of ProMigCon Kft). ProMigCon Kft. managed the full rollout in Hungary in 2011, including the functional and technical part.

After the implementation in 2011, ProMigCon provides local business support for Tesco Global Hungary, including issue analysis, developments, localization maintenance.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

ProMigCon’s employees (former MIS Consulting) have been working with Tesco global IT since 2004 since the start of the Global Oracle 11i Rollout project. There is a good relationship between Tesco and ProMigCon. ProMigCon provides quick, professional solutions for all the local business requirements and provides flexible solutions, develops reports and programs to fulfil the law requirements. In addition to Hungary, ProMigCon is involved in VAT reporting enhancement in Poland.
