CLIENT: WIZZ AIR HUNGARY AIRLINES LTD.

 

Wizz Air Hungary Airlines Ltd.  was founded in September 2003 and the first flight took off in May 2004 from Katowice. Today the company is the largest low cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe based on the number of departing seats. The company also provides access to car and hotel rentals booking, airport parking and transfer, and travel insurance, as well as online ticket booking services.

 

THE SOLUTION:

 

WIZZ AIR was already a TALEO Customer before Oracle  acquisition (2012). Nevertheless, after 6-7 years of TALEO Business Edition usage, Wizz Air was not fully satisfied with its  functionality comparing their highly set business needs. Wizz Air addressed to Oracle its problem, and Oracle Hungary involved ProMigCon Kft. as a local TALEO implementation partner for investigating the problem and delivering a solution.

Wizz Air collaborated with ProMigCon for the customization of Oracle Talent Management for Midsize according to Wizz Air’s recruitment needs. ProMigCon carried out fine-tuning to Oracle Talent Management parameters and reporting to address Wizz Air’s most immediate needs, for example making it easier to find and view CV attachments on applicant profiles and candidate shortlists. After consultation and workshops with ProMigCon regarding the standardized Oracle processes and its flexibility to adapt to changes in staffing processes, Wizz Air designed its own recruitment model and staffing workflows. ProMigCon made the necessary changes in terms of Oracle setup and parametrization, before testing and applying the changes to live system.
